WIND OASIS

Continuing across the plains you're suddenly hit by a large gust of wind, wet wind. Your only other choice is to return north, so you press on. Looking up you see an oasis with a large whirlwind in the middle of it. Being tossed about in the whirlwind you see the flag of wind. Phew, finally.
