If you're a follower of the game you should have noticed that many times I would mention that a record had just been broken. Truth be told, most of the time I was just guessing it had. Therefore, I decided to dig up the records and find out what they actually are. Now you'll know if you hold a record, or what to shoot for to beat one. This page will be updated as records are broken, so try your best to get your name posted. The records are listed in decreasing importance. For an explanation of a record, scroll to the bottom of the page.

RECORD EXPLANATIONS
General Information
For each record, the top ten players are listed along with their record for that category. Since playing less games is an advantage in "average" categories, Rookies (R), Sophomores (S), and Juniors (J) are given a 50, 30, and 10 percent penalty, respectively, in those categories. An asterisk [*] indicates a player that is brand new to the top 10, and everyone below them has moved down one spot as a result. The up [^] and down [v] arrows indicate top 10 players that have passed / been passed by other top 10 players within the last seasonal update. Descriptions of records are listed below.

OLS Title Standings
This is a compilation of all individual records to determine the overall OLS Record Title Holder. For each of the 10 individual records, first place is given 100.00 points, and everyone below first place is given a point total equal to the percentage of closeness to the first place record (e.g. If first place has an average of 200 SP, then an average of 50 SP would get you 25.00 OTS points for that category). Points are awarded to each person, even if they do not appear in the top ten. The total points accumulated are added together to determine the ranking for this category. Thus, the highest point total attainable (by holding every record) is 1000.00.

Average Finishing Position
This is the average position a contestant has finished in throughout their career. For example, 5.00 means that the contestant has finished, on average, in 5th place throughout their career.

Opponents Defeated
This is the number of people a contestant has defeated throughout their career. For example, in a 16-person game a contestant is given 0 points for last, 1 for 15th, 2 for 14th, etc. The total number of points accumulated, or people defeated, determines this record.

Average Elimination Votes Per Game
An elimination vote is a vote cast against the person who is eliminated at that Tribal Council. You must cast the initial vote, not a tiebreaker vote, against a person to receive an Elimination Vote score. This record is the average number of these votes per game throughout a contestant's career.

Career Elimination Votes
An elimination vote is a vote cast against the person who is eliminated at that Tribal Council. You must cast the initial vote, not a tiebreaker vote, against a person to receive an Elimination Vote score. This record is the total number of these votes throughout a contestant's entire career.

SP in a Single Game
This is the number of SP collected in one single game.

Average SP Per Game
This is the average SP collected per game throughout a contestant's career.

Career SP
This is the total SP collected throughout a contestant's entire career.

Overall Attendance
This is the total attendance percentage for a contestant throughout their entire career, as if he had played all games back to back as one large game.

Average Attendance Per Game
This is the average attendance percentage per game throughout a contestant's career. Unlike ATR, this is an average of all the final attendance percentage numbers, and not an overall attendance percentage.

Total Days of Experience
This is the total number of days that a contestant has been present throughout their entire career. It is not a percentage, but rather measures the total number of individual appearances.

Tribal SP
This is the total number of SP won by a single tribe in a single game. All SP totals of individuals within that tribe are combined together to determine this record.

Tribal Attendance
This is the overall attendance percentage of a single tribe in a single game. All attendance from individuals within that tribe is combined together to determine this record. It is an overall percentage of those individuals, not an average.

Game SP
This is the total number of SP won by contestants in a single game. All SP totals of individuals are combined together to determine this record.

Game Attendance
This is the overall attendance percentage of all contestants in a single game. All attendance from individuals is combined together to determine this record. It is an overall percentage, not an average.

Daily Attendance
This is the best attendance registered on a single day number in any game by all contestants combined. Once 100% attendance has been registered for a single day, it is removed from the list.
