-Wow, it's been a long time since I've updated. I was busy hosting Online Survivor 24, and just never got around to doing anything on the site. In any event, I have some free time now, so expect some things to start going up. To begin, I've updated the records page to include Online Survivor 23. I'll let you guys look at that, then update it for OLS24 later this week.

I've been busy hosting Online Survivor 23 over the past three months. The game is now completed, and I'll be working on cleaning up some of these pages over the next month. In the meantime, Online Survivor 24 begins in one month, so sign up now!

I still need to plan and hold the OLS11 reunion before we can get there. I'll be doing that at the same time as working on the Finale and the first episode of OLS12, so hopefully we can catch up quickly. It'll probably be a week or two until the next update, but rest assured, when it comes, several will go up at once to get us back on track. See everyone then!

-Alright, first things first, Online Survivor 11 Episode 11: "Everything Is Personal" has been posted. I know I'm way behind. My work schedule has been killing my free time and I've had literally no time to post anything until now. So, let's review where we're at. This episode should have been posted by February 27. Episode 12 should have been posted by March 6 and episode 13 should have been posted by March 13. Then there's ordinarily a week break while I plan and host the reunion, then the finale should have been up by March 27. After that, there's usually another week break while I set up the next season, then episode 01 of OLS12 should have gone up by April 10. Obviously, that's probably not going to happen, but that at least gives you an idea of where we should be at. I have a little more time off work in the coming weeks so I'm going to do all ^ that ^ as quickly as possible. I'm doing my best! Next update coming sooner than the last one.

Believe it or not, I've had the next episode edited the entire time and just have not had a chance to post it. So, today begins another attempt at catching up. -Hey everyone. Sorry for the major delay, but we had a few hiccups. Some of you may have noticed the site was shut down for 10 days last week. This was caused by new AT&T and Comcast protocols that accidentally blocked webs.com sites as malicious. I couldn't see the site, so I couldn't post episodes, so it kind of threw me off my rhythm. In addition, Online Survivor 21 started filming at the same time, complicating things even more. Anyway, to make up for the gaping hole in January here, I'll be posting two episodes now and two episodes next week. That will put us back on schedule. Online Survivor 11 Episode 05: "Sticking Together" and Episode 06: "Big Tribe, Big Inactives, Big Trouble" are now both up. Sorry for the delay, but technical difficulties are very annoying. See you in a week for another double-feature.

I've come to the realization that, at the current pace, it will take forever to catch up to where we currently are right now. -It was alot of work, but I actually did get the first episode of Online Survivor 11 up! Check out Online Survivor 11 Episode 01: "The Great Race" now. I've done much better with the backgrounds this season, except for the yellow one. Don't worry, I'm working on fixing that by next episode. In addition, as usual, a category for OLS11 has been added to the forums. Could you try actually talking on them for once? :( Next episode is scheduled to go up Christmas Day. Online Survivor 10 is officially done after over 3 years! I will be using the remainder of this week to get Online Survivor 11 set up. If all goes as planned, expect the premiere on Saturday, December 18. Hope you all enjoy the finale!

-Hello everyone. The Online Survivor 6 Finale, Reunion, and Final Stats have been re-posted. We now reach another turning point in this website. On Thursday, Online Survivor 7 will begin re-airing. From that point forward, I will only be posting two episodes per week: 1 Thursday, 1 Sunday. This is for three reasons. First, it's no secret that hardly anyone has been visiting this site. In a week or two, I will begin mailing out invitations for Online Survivor 20: All-Stars III. I just realized a large majority of the OLS community still does not realize the site has been moved to our current location, so with that invitation will be a notification of the new site, which should increase involvement on this site. Due to that, the episodes will be slowed down for everyone to catch up a bit. Second, seasons 7-9 were probably the best seasons of OLS, arguably comparable to the 3-5 trilogy. They'll need to be posted more slowly for you to appreciate them. Lastly, releasing the episodes at this pace will make Online Survivor 10 begin airing at the end of August. Since it's been a LONG TIME since I've posted any new episodes, it would be tough for me to figure out what I'm doing again AND host an All-Stars game at the same time. This gives me the perfect pacing to host OLS20, then focus on putting up the "lost episodes" as soon as that game ends. After that, we'll see what happens. The future is bright for OLS. I only hope everyone will begin participating. See you in 4 days for the re-launch of Online Survivor 7, the best attended game of all time!

-Happy Valentine's Day everyone! Online Survivor 5 has finished re-airing, so now we move on to Online Survivor 6. And there was great rejoicing, I know. I have posted Episode 1 of season 6, as well as a category for the season in forums. In an effort for me to refresh my memory and collect my thoughts, I will no longer post my "Host's Thread" on each season until I'm about halfway through posting it. There's just so much I've forgotten over the years. Not that anyone's been reading it anyway -_-. If anyone's out there, START POSTING! I'm getting lonely, lol. Episodes 2 and 3 will be posted this Thursday, and we'll continue the 1-2-1-2 pattern until OLS6 is finished. Then, we'll move on to bigger and better things :)

-Online Survivor 3 Finale, Reunion, and Final Stats re-posted. Now that the original trilogy is up on the site, I ask that everyone please start visiting the OLS Forums and get that rolling. Don't forget that if you're a past player you'll have to contact me directly to have your name released. Start contributing, and before you know it we'll have a full-fledged community attracting all sorts of new fans!
-Up until now, I have been posting 4 episodes per week (2 on Sundays, and 2 on Thursdays). Now that we've reached season 4, it's going to start decreasing a bit. From now on, I will post 3 episodes per week (for this season, 1 on Sundays, and 2 on Thursdays). When we reach season 7, I'll drop it down to 1 and 1, and then only 1 per week when we reach season 10. That's a decrease in frequency every 3 seasons. Why? So you don't go through withdrawal when I get to season 10 lol. In any case, the premiere of Online Survivor 4 will air this Sunday. I'm sure most of you, especially Prince, will be eager to revisit that season, so I look forward to seeing you all at the forums.

-Online Survivors 1-12 are played. After the first season, a web site is set up at geocities.com/ant1108/survivor, eventually moving to an independent name at geocities.com/survivorguyols. Episodes for seasons 1-9, and the first two episodes of season 10, are slowly posted on the web site, until eventually the stress of college is too much for the host to continue posting episodes. Starting in 2006, seasons 13-16 are hosted, but episodes are no longer posted. In 2008, the host graduates from college, and spends a year catching up on various tasks that have built up over the years, while hosting seasons 17 and 18. In 2009, the web site finally starts getting attention again, but unfortunately geocities decides to shut down and deletes all previous episodes. A new plan is hatched to move the site to olsurvivor.webs.com and begin resposting all episodes from the beginning, continuing past the season 10 episode 02 shutdown of 2006 and beyond!
